Adoring the Atlanta Falcon Cheerleaders

Peyton, 4th  year Falcons Cheerleader
BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT /||" CHEERLEADERS "||\

It should be stated that all photos are property of the NFL organization and the Atlanta Falcons. NFL Cheerleaders have a tough life; let's dive further into some of things they do and why their job can be especially difficult.

Amonii L. Legendary 5th year Falcons Cheerleader
Many squads historically paid close to minimum wage or flat rates per game that failed to cover the vast number of required rehearsal and appearance hours.

Brook F. Legendary 6th year Falcons Cheerleader

Dancers often must pay independently for specialized makeup, salon hair styling, fitness costs, and professional nail care required by strict team guidelines.

Samyria M. 2nd year Falcons Cheerleader

Unpaid Labor: Past lawsuits revealed that some NFL cheerleaders frequently went unpaid or undercompensated for mandatory community charity events, practices, and promotional photo shoots.

Olivia S. 3rd year Falcons Cheerleader
There are rigid weight controls, physical appearance monitoring, and prescriptive aesthetic handbooks that dictate daily presentation, hair, and clothing choices.

Dalli F. 4th year Falcons Cheerleader
Stringent rules govern interactions with NFL players, often requiring cheerleaders to avoid eye contact, block players on social media, or leave venues if a player enters.

Abygayle L. 4th year Falcons Cheerleader
There are strict team policies that monitor online posts, with severe disciplinary actions or termination risked over personal photos or content deemed inappropriate.

Kassidy O.S. Legendary 6th year Falcons Cheerleader

Unfortunately being a cheerleader carries a dark history. There are past legal claims and reports highlighted instances where cheerleaders felt unprotected from inappropriate behavior by fans, suite holders, or staff during public and stadium events.

Jai W. 1st year Falcons Cheerleader

And finally, all cheerleaders have to balance the grueling multi-hour weekly practices and all-day game events with external full-time careers or academic studies.

I didn't have time to fully list their roster, but feel free to visit their site.

The Super Hot web site always hopes to present cheerleaders in a respectful, decent manner.

Cheerleader Spotlight: Faith Ward, DCC

Faith Ward, as seen in 2025 fitting up.
BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| CHEERLEADER SPOTLIGHT |||

Cheerleading can't be easy, and after 1 full season at the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, she's looking at yet another season with the legendary organization.

Faith Ward's first ever time watching an American football game was also her first time cheering for one.
The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, was the NFL cheer squad's first ever dancer from New Zealand, and the third from Australia (the cheerleader was born in New Zealand but grew up in Perth, Australia)

Her schedule must be frantic, racing from event to event; a brand spokeswoman for the organization, team, and young girls around the world.

It can't be easy being away from Perth, Australia - her family, especially. But it appears she's coping quite well, keeping busy with her new friends and life.

The Super Hot wishes her the best season!

San Francisco 49er Cheerleaders (and bonus mini-story!)

BY C STONE || THE SUPER HOT ||| CHEERLEADERS ||||

San Francisco. I was once there in the mid-2000's on a business trip - stranded, of course, by a plane that had mechanical issues. That 'helpful' airline refused my hotel request, and I was forced to spend the night sleeping at their goddamn airport. Two men in front of me almost got into a fight, after being called a racial slur. It was a surreal moment.

But enough about that. These photos are property of the NFL. What better way to bring forward another cheerleader post than today!

The San Francisco 49ers cheerleaders, known as the Gold Rush, are an iconic NFL performance squad. Established in their modern form in 1983, they feature 32 professional dancers who perform at every home game while balancing demanding careers and rich historical milestones.

Before becoming the Gold Rush, the squad performed at Kezar Stadium under the name The Niner Nuggets from 1946 to 1970.
Singing Squad: They were historically famed as the only singing cheerleading group in the NFL during their early years.
Global Travel: The Gold Rush has performed across the United States, Europe, and Japan, and participated in multiple international tours and Super Bowl appearances.
Members balance game-day performances with high-powered full-time careers, working as corporate attorneys, software engineers, semiconductor process engineers, PhD researchers, and medical professionals.
Saturday-Only Practices: To accommodate these professional commitments, the team holds intense, multi-hour practices primarily on Saturdays, supplemented by individual rehearsals at home or during work breaks.

Cleanroom to Costume: Some members go straight from wearing a glam game-day uniform on Sunday to specialized cleanroom "bunny suits" for semiconductor labs on Monday.
The squad learns and perfects more than 30 distinct dance routines across a single football season.

The Super Hot site wishes the 49er cheerleader squad the best year ever!

Throwing Texans Cheerleaders Some Love

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT /||' CHEERLEADERS "||\

The Texan Cheerleaders of 2026 in all their glory: I had to feature them on Super Hot. All photos are property of the NFL. I do adore cheerleaders, and the Texas are of no exception here.

The Houston Texans Cheerleaders (HTC) have been a high-energy staple of the NFL since 2002. Although called cheerleaders, the 35-member squad functions primarily as a elite dance and performance team, representing the franchise both on the sidelines and through extensive community service.

Formed in 2002, matching the exact debut year of the Houston Texans franchise.

Audition Shift: Auditions were originally held at the Methodist Training Center until moving to the local gym facility Texans Fit in 2021.

Rigorous Process: Annual tryouts attract hundreds of applicants who undergo virtual rounds and intense in-person choreography evaluations.

The team famously published annual swimsuit calendars from 2008 to 2016, later transitioning to a dynamic "sideline calendar" highlighting real game-day moments.

Global Travel: Members have traveled internationally on USO tours, visiting deployed military members overseas (such as in Kuwait).

The Super Hot wishes the Texan Cheerleaders the best year! 👅

Tennessee Titans Hotness

All photos owned by the NFL.

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT /||" CHEERLEADERS - TENNESSEE TITANS "||\

I never get tired of featuring the pretty cheerleaders of the NFL. This time, using the NFL's owned pictures, I present to everyone the legendary Tennessee Titan female cheerleaders. I'll mix in some fun facts about the state, the history, and people.

With respects, I only show female cheerleaders and hopefully with tasteful respect.

The team formed in 1975 as the 'Derrick Dolls' before changing names when the franchise moved to Tennessee.
The cheer team has performed on national television programs including The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Dr. Oz Show. How legendary.
They have visited military members in remote locations like Kuwait and Diego Garcia on special USO tours.
The auditions draw hundreds of hopeful athletes each year for roughly 25 to 28 active squad spots. Technically these women are professional dancers and entertainers.

Members balance high-powered careers and advanced degrees, ranging from clinical counseling PhDs to corporate and legal professions.

Tennessee has many interesting features, including that it borders eight other states, is home to over 9,000 caves, and was the birthplace of Mountain Dew.

Underground Wonders Ruby Falls: A 145-foot underground waterfall located inside Lookout Mountain near Chattanooga.

The Lost Sea: America's largest underground lake, located in the Craighead Caverns in Sweetwater.

Caves: The state has more than 9,200 recorded caves, which is more than any other U.S. state.

Food and InventionsMountain Dew: Created in the 1940s in Tennessee by beverage bottlers Barney and Ally Hartman.

Cotton candy: Invented in 1904 by a Nashville dentist named William Morrison and candy maker John C. Wharton.

Piggly Wiggly: The nation's first self-service grocery store, which opened in Memphis in 1916.

I'm sure the cheer leader team will have a wonderful season this year!
