Miami Dolphins Cheer Appreciation

At The Super Hot, I've written about the Miami Dolphin Cheerleaders before. I don't know if they've updated their site with a new roster yet, but I brought photos of the talented group to showcase the cheer team. I hope they don't mind I've borrowed their photos.

The squad dates back to the team's founding in 1966 as the "Dolphins Dolls," an original youth group that performed at the Orange Bowl.

The team was sponsored by Starbrite Car Polish and known as the Starbrites until 1983, when a contest via Burger King officially named them the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders.

Their season begins with hundreds of hopeful candidates going through preliminary and semifinal rounds. These trials are hosted at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. After that, they are selected for training camp.

The cheer team has a demanding schedule which involves rehearsals three to four nights a week, featuring heavy cardio conditioning, intricate choreography, and sideline performance practice.

The Super Hot wishes the best for the Miami Dolphins cheer squad this season!

The cheer program is the longest-running tenured cheer program in the NFL, marking its 43rd season in Indianapolis in 2026 after originating in Baltimore in 1954. I'll spotlight a few of the cheer team on today's post.

Hotness Alert: Dakota Ditcheva

BY CSTOINE | THE SUPER HOT ||| MODELS AND MMA |||

Having been out of touch of professional MMA for a few years now, I do keep up with some of the notable female fighters out there.

Take for example, United Kingdom's Dakota Ditcheva, a notable famous mixed martial who took the professional PFL and PFL Europe league by storm.

Ms. Ditcheva was born on July 25, 1998, in Sale, England. She grew up in a very athletic family. Her mother, Lisa Howarth, was a world champion Thai boxer.

She won gold at the 2016 IFMA World Championships and became a three-time junior world champion before transitioning to mixed martial arts.

Ms. Ditcheva holds an undefeated professional record of 16-0.PFL Success: She won the 2024 PFL Women's Flyweight World Championship and holds the #1 ranking in her division. She trains out of the American Top Team gym in Florida.

The Super Hot wishes Dakota Ditcheva the best year, and safe mma career!

Superhot Spotlight: Madeline Grace

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| CHEERLEADERS |||

As you know, at The Super Hot, I like to showcase some of the most beautiful women in the world. Case in point: Ex-Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Madeline Grace. She is one of the most talented, pretty professional dancers I have ever seen.

I'd like to congratulate her, as she got engaged to sports card investor Joe McBride outside the Hotel Drover in Fort Worth, Texas.

After wrapping up her milestone fifth year on the squad, she remains one of the fan-favorite legacy members featured across the Netflix series America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys.

She continues working as a lifestyle and wellness influencer, using her platform to speak openly about important personal milestones, mental health awareness, and advocacy against domestic violence

At The Super Hot site, I'd like to wish her the best career and future! (And congratulations on your recent engagement!)

Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT /||" CHEERLEADERS "||\

Superhot's obsession with cheerleaders continues: Today, we look at some of the Carolina Panther NFL cheerleaders - the Top Cats.

The Top Cats have a rich history filled with trailblazing achievements, unique squad traditions, and rigorous standards.

Inaugural Squad (1996): Introduced on April 1, 1996, the first-ever Top Cats squad consisted of 35 cheerleaders chosen from a pool of 408 applicants.

Right from their inception in 1996, the Top Cats set a major industry standard by being paid for both games and practices, a progressive step forward at a time when many NFL squads only paid for game days.

The Superhot would love to wish the Top Cat Cheerleaders a wonderful 2026/2027 season! I'll feature more cheerleaders from the team in the next few months.

Superhot's Sweethearts Part III

Ava C., Patriot Cheerleader

BY C STONE | THE SUPERHOT /||" SUPERHOT'S SWEETHEARTS "||\

Edited 16:24 PM

The Superhot website is on a fanciful whimsy tour, and I'll use some of my time to bring forward much-deserved admiration to the top notch Patriot Cheerleaders. Note: If I missed posting about you, don't worry; I'll eventually get to you on the site.

Ava is a rookie cheerleader for the New England Patriots NFL football team. She graduated from the University of Miami with a BBA in Finance and Marketing. She's certainly a very hard working professional woman.

Haley S. Patriot Cheerleader

Haley is a legendary 4th year veteran cheerleader, hailing from Eastport, New York.

She graduated from Hofstra, University with an M.A. of public relations.

She adores the song Everything I love by Morgan Wallen. She studied a LOT of dance and didn't join the NFL cheerleaders until she was 21 years old. Wow!

Keyanna D.

Keyanna - an unusual name - is from Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The only thing I know about Rhode Island was from South Park episodes. And I'm really sorry I said that.

What Key does during the day is work with bacteria in a lab - she's an environmental microbiology lab technician! She is a 2 year veteran of the cheer squad, and has a B.S. of Biology, and a minor in computer science. She seems like a dedicated, talented professional dancer.

The Super Hot wishes the team the best year!
