It's no wonder Pip has a loyal instagram following: This is a 4th year Las Vegas Raiderette cheerleader who is from Racine, WI.
Pip is a dance teacher and choreographer. When she's not cheering for the Las Vegas Raiders, she spends substantial time coaching the Las Vegas Aces Dance team.
My favorite quote is the one she has on her photo sheet: "Be nice or leave". I can't agree more with that perfect statement.
Pip's dream is to coach at the collegiate level - and I wish her the best of luck pursuing that noble dream. I just know she can do it.
