Forgotten Fashion Trends That Should Come Back
BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| FASHION NEWS
We remember the era of iconic trucker hats. It doesn't matter if it's old-school mesh, blue jean, or leather, these hats are practical, versatile, and fairly cheap. Trick hats were neat - those are hats that color change, have unique words on them, and designs.
Crop tops and low-rise jeans. Set yourself back to the early 90's and this trend was common for young women. They could be called baby-t shirts, but all I knew was no one wore them in the winter time. These outfits were popular in the summer months.
Have flip-flops come full circle? The cheap, plastic and foam-style shoes that make that iconic noise when you walk - who can forget them? Often purchased very cheaply, these shoes are polarizing. You could consider them beach clothes. I've never once thought flip flops were stylish.
Ugg boots were expensive, often reaching $400 a pair back in the day. The soft winter boots were super popular in the 2010's. I never understood the appeal, and they were the go-to item back in 2012.
Cargo Pants are not only practical, but have many pockets to carry your every day items. I used to wear these on the daily, until one day I stopped. Why? Well, they're great if you're going into a casual work environment. They are not really business casual, unless you're into alternate dress style.
Rhinestone accents - they were huge in the 1970's. Entertainers, especially Elvis, would make it their mainstay fashion choice. Whether or not it's a normal style is up for debate. The stones are glued to the fabric. You can get pants in many different styles. The practical use for this is limited.
A shrug. It's kind of a scarf and vest or jacket. I'm not sure if it serves a purpose except to accentuate your shirt or top. For men it was unheard of to wear one.
Fedoras. I remember buying one in the mid 1980's and immediately regretted it. It's a polarizing look, one destined for the history books. But yet, it keeps coming back. Even Britney Spears back in the day wore one a few times.
A few times indeed.

Fashion Mistakes You Should Never Do
BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| EDITOR IN CHIEF
I'd love to talk about fashion you should never do when out and about in public. Let's begin with the top photo: Wearing a dress and jeans. Just stop. It makes no sense, you are confusing people, and, it looks awful.
Just stop. If you ever thought wearing pajamas in public was cool - guess what - it NEVER was. You will look poor, ridiculous, and nobody will take you seriously. Ever.
So you'd like to show that booty, why not wear ripped up, torn to hell shorts? Before you even answer, stop for a moment and think. Does it look good? What message are you sending? Even if it was a fancy Chanel or Versace outfit, I doubt it would really compare to a proper thin or sheer cut pant. Maybe I'm just too old to understand the look.
Wearing vintage clothes on the daily. Unless you own a vintage clothing shop, or desire to live in the past, just don't. If you're super hot, ok, we'll let it slide. But seriously, it's expensive to dress like that, considering you'd need to wear authentic clothes. The skinny-raked model look was huge back then.
Any kind of antique swimwear for women. I get it. You had to be fully clothed back in the day. But come on, this is one strange look indeed. I'll admit, it looks fine, but the fact it's two dresses really annoys me for some reason. Just why?

Celebrities Bring Cowboy Hats BACK in Fashion
BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| EDITOR IN CHIEF ||| FASHION
Cowboy hats on women are back. That bold western look cannot be ignored; it demands your attention. Everyone from Beyonce to Kendall Jenner are wearing cowboy hats now. Hell, even Paris Hilton was caught wearing one or two in her time.
Megan Fox was spotted wearing a cowboy hat in her time.
It's hard to deny that irresistible attraction that develops when a women wears a cowboy hat. Just yes, Yes, and YES!
Sometimes, even the basics of a hat cannot be ignored. Even the simple, straw basic hat attracts attention.
But celebrities aren't the only ones wearing them. You can find them in everyday life, mostly in the southern states of America. It's rare to see people wearing cowboy hats outside of the U.S.A. - unless there is an event or special celebration happening.
Let's face it. Some cowboy hats can be insanely expensive. Beaver-felt hats can reach as much as $5K or more depending on the cut and finish of the hat.
If you want a simple, southern-style look, always consider the western look. You'll never fail.
In business, you can't wear these clothes because you won't be taken seriously. Only during certain special events will this rule be ignored. Wearing cowboy hats is a status symbol. It says "I am from the west, I am representing the country, and here I am."
So enjoy that country western look. You will attract a LOT of attention.

Remembering The 1980's Fashions
Does anyone remember the huge shoulder pads and frizzy hair look?
Central to the theme is the 'power look' - a suit or dress that makes the person look extremely powerful. You'd often see gold accents on the arms or waist. Most often, people would wear large gold chains, coupled with even larger ear rings. Watches were made to be gold, and it was rare for people to invest in gold teeth.
The above iconic look, worn by Courtney Cox of the era, was central to the theme of professional women's fashion. Want to dress up, but not look like a total sl*t? This was the look.
But if you're completely rich and don't give a f*ck, why not look like Joan Collins? The power suit, an iconic symbol for women in the 1980's. Joan was known to wear these on the daily. Of course, it wasn't a look for everyone.
There were many alternative girls out there, but only Cyndi Lauper could pull off this look effortlessly. Her unique fashion, the shoes, clothes, and makeup were very out there. You either hated her look or loved it. Such a strange choice of clothes.
Michelle Pfeifer's look is dated in the above photo. Of course, it's from the grease movie clip. The 1950's fashion tried, but failed, to make a comeback in the 1980's.
Jane Fonda's workout look with tight bodysuits, leggings, and leg warmers was an instant hit back then. It gave you the "I can do this!" look. Very popular in the 1980's, it slowly crept back in the early 90's to be replaced with sweat pants and discarded cigarettes.
