The world of cheerleading is evolving, with men now taking up the ranks of the previously-only female squads.

Emma C.

Should the squads be broken up in to equally-sized teams for fairness? Men and women? Great question, because I have no idea.

Amy

What complicates matters is the tradition of NFL cheerleading and women as the only people on the field. Admittedly, the outdated and somewhat sexist idea that only women should be cheerleading is a legitimate argument.

Emma N.

If you're a heterosexual man who has zero attraction to men, having them on the team shouldn't be an issue. That generous world view doesn't fly very far depending on where you're watching the football game from.

Jordyn

After reading that the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders used to make  pathetic $15 to $20 per hour and $500 per game, I realized the outrageous discrepancy for skill vs. payment. Who in their right mind would work for such a pittance? Fortunately, they are now paid $2,500 per game. But what about the other cheerleaders who still make - quite Frankley - minimum wage?

Nicolette

That should be the real awful knowledge people have to process. Not the fact that men are on the field, but some teams still continue to pay their cheerleaders shit wages for top-notch work.

Captains Marissa, Taylor, Riley, Cassidy, Ashley, Chelsea, Hanna, and Riley

One wonders when equalization of pay will go across the entire cheerleading spectrum, involving not only the NFL but other professional sports organizations.

Honestly, I couldn't imagine doing that hectic game travel schedule, dealing with your personal life, jobs, and being paid a tiny pathetic amount of money and expected to smile about it?

That is the sad fact of this story.

Arizona Cardinal Cheerleaders

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| CHEERLEADERS |||

Welcome back, as we explore the Arizona Cardinal Cheerleaders. I caught their website in a mid-season update, so the above picture might be out of date. I'll feature photos from their upcoming season, with hopes that they'll add more photos and bios to their dancers.

The Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders were officially brought in-house by the organization in 1990.

The legendary squad transitioned to being managed directly in-house by the Arizona Cardinals franchise rather than through outside contractors or third-party groups.

Beyond performing at home games at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, the squad actively engages in local community service, youth clinics, and global military tours.

The program has consistently sent standout performers to the Pro Bowl over the decades, spanning alumni from Jenny in 1994 and Shakira in 1998 to recent representatives like Samantha (2025) and Jordan (2026).

In 2026, the organization introduced their official 2026 Cardinals Cheerleaders Roster, featuring veteran returners and rookie additions'.

The Super Hot wishes the Cardinal cheerleading team a safe and happy season!

Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders - NEW PIC !!

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| CHEERLEADERS |||

What else is there to say, except that a new 2026/2027 Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders photo page is UP on their website !!!

One cannot contain my excitement at seeing the new, and sadly, some of the memorable faces that used to be there. So long Kelee, I'll miss you on the team - and anyone else I likely missed. Anyone remember Kay Dianna? Right? Kelcey? Where has the time gone?

The competition this year must have been brutal. I see a few of the veterans are now in their 5th legendary year of this fantastic NFL cheerleading team.

Sadly, they are missing the individual pictures they used to have for each special cheerleader - you know, their bio, what they like, their favorite superpower, who inspires them, etc.

Maybe they'll add it back, but until then, we get this 1 lousy picture.

But it's better than nothing!

Good luck DCC!

In Love With Doja Cat

Having lived under a rock for about 10 years, I really didn't notice the elaborately complicated and pretty entertainer named Doja Cat. So let's explore some fun facts about her!

Doja Cat was born Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini on October 21, 1995, in Tarzana, California, and taught herself how to rap, sing, and produce music on GarageBand as a teenager.

What is the origin of Her Stage Name Doja and cats? Her unique moniker comes from a mix of her favorite things. "Doja" was a slang term for marijuana that she liked to smoke in high school, and "Cat" comes simply from her genuine love for felines. Something we both can appreciate.

Before becoming a mainstream chart-topper, she achieved unexpected viral fame in August 2018 with a DIY home music video for her novelty song "Mooo!".

Wearing a cow-print costume, she sang about being a cow, which kickstarted her career momentum.

She dropped out of high school in the 11th grade and spent her teenage years searching the internet for beats on YouTube, teaching herself music production entirely on her own.

The Super Hot wishes Doja Cat the best year!💓

Model Spotlights: Heidi and her daughter Leni

Heidi Klum & Daughter Leni

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT /||' MODELS '||\

Model Heidi Klum was featured in a campaign recently with her daughter, Leni. Heidi Klum is a world-famous German supermodel and television host, and her 22-year-old daughter, Leni Klum, is a rising fashion model. Leni made her high-fashion modeling debut alongside her mother on the cover of Vogue Germany in January 2021.

Heidi Klum rose to global fame as a Victoria's Secret Angel and Project Runway host, later becoming a judge on America's Got Talent.

Heidi was previously married to stylist Ric Pipino and musician Seal, and currently married to Tokio Hotel musician Tom Kaulitz.

Leni Klum was born on May 4, 2004, in New York City. Her biological father is Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, and she was later adopted by Heidi's then-husband, Seal.

She walked major runways (including Berlin Fashion Week) and fronted campaigns for brands like Intimissimi, Dior, and Fila. Leni relocated to New York City in 2022 to balance her modeling career with studying interior design.

Hopefully Leni will have a safe and successful modelling career, like her mother Heidi.

Country Western Women Adoration Time

BY C STONE | THE SUPER HOT ||| FASHION AND MODELS |||

Western wear is fairly rare in today's society - especially for women. You won't see many people wearing cowboy hats in New York City these days.

Reece, former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader

Not withstanding the Calgary Stampede event which happens in July every year, and a number of other events around the province and other areas of the world - it's fairly rare. Except down south.

We're talking about Texas and the other southern states. And even then, you won't see many wearing the kind of clothes found on Calgary Stampede Princesses or Miss American Rodeo Princesses.

What kind of clothes do they wear? Great question, so I searched it out: Dark or medium wash bootcut jeans paired with a classic pearl-snap western shirt.

Denim shirt dresses or midi styles worn with leather or suede cowgirl boots. Double denim ensembles featuring a fitted denim vest or jacket over matching jeans.

Boho Cowgirl & Festival GlamLace-trim or tiered midi dresses worn under an oversized cardigan or fringe jacket with knee-high boots.

Bustiers or halter tops matched with flowy maxi skirts and wide-brim western hats. Suede fringe jackets layered over minimalist mini dresses or casual graphic tees.

Modern Ranch & Street Style

Tailored blazers or embroidered jackets thrown over simple tees and relaxed-fit jeans.

Monochromatic or neutral color palettes (black, chocolate brown, and cream) using subtle leather accessories, statement concho belts, and stitched boots.

So what are some western-themed festivals? The Calgary Stampede is also known as the "Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth," featuring a world-class rodeo, chuckwagon races, agriculture showcases, and evening grandstand shows every July.

Ponoka Stampede (Ponoka, AB): This is a massive summer tradition running for 90 years with professional rodeo action, chariot and chuckwagon racing, and live concerts.

Cheyenne Frontier Days (Cheyenne, WY): The "Daddy of 'Em All" in the United States, offering massive rodeo competitions, western parades, and top-tier country music headliners.

The Festival Western de Saint-Tite (Saint-Tite, QC): Eastern Canada's premier western event, transforming a Quebec town into a vibrant country and professional rodeo celebration.

Pendleton Round-Up (Pendleton, OR): A historic American frontier-themed rodeo operating since 1910 with traditional pageant and competitive events.

Pendleton Round-Up (Oregon): A massive historic rodeo featuring the Westward Ho Parade, Native American teepee village, and professional rodeo competitions every September.

Evanston Cowboy Days (Wyoming): A Labor Day weekend tradition featuring PRCA rodeos, live music, a grand parade, and local markets.

Cowboy Capital Pro Rodeo (Stephenville, Texas): Held in late September with professional rodeo action, western swing music, and ranch events.

Winnsboro Cowboy Music and Poetry Gathering (Texas): A September celebration of cowboy poetry, campfire stories, and traditional western swing dancing.

Stagecoach Festival (California): Held in Indio, this massive outdoor event functions as the country-western counterpart to Coachella, featuring top-tier country and folk artists.
