From their website, it's a very pretty venue.

I don't believe in wearing satin clothes, but here we are in 2025, and yep, the symphony director is wearing it. Each to their own I say.

As it's in Nashville, this might be the one venue you should visit. It carries a historic reference to music and fashion.

It's on my maybe list for 2026. Such a pretty event. Their next one is April 28, 2026.

Smoking Hot Ke$ha Rocking Instagram

Kesha was featured in the Monaco Official Magazine. Looking beautiful as ever, featured in a pure white outfit. Such a lovely girl. I could never run out of nice things to say about her. 

I rewatched a few of her classic videos, such as Take it Off. It's still a timeless, hot mess that I adore.

A talented, intelligent artist who appreciates the finest in life.

The photos are perfectly staged. I love the atmosphere and the beauty within them.

She does have a very interesting Instagram account.

She really hasn't changed at all since her video in Tik Tok.

Love that song.

Vogue's Best Dressed 2025 (not really)

Vogue.com released the best dressed list of 2025, but I disagree with their choices. Instead, I will pop photos from their list and only show the ones I think are inline with actual fashion, instead of dressing like you pulled from a closet blindly.

I have no idea who the hell Doechii is, nor how to pronounce her name. Best said: This look is not outstanding. The plain black on black is fine, except the shoes. Not a fan of the laced-to-your-knees look.

Again, I have no idea who Myha'la is, nor how to say her name. Everything from the waist-up is fine. Everything below is a complete mess.

Not a great look. These outlandish sunglasses and leather-on-leather was dated back to the 1980's. If this is all you could find in your closet, fine, but otherwise, it's a skip.

Here's the "Just ran from the bedroom look" dress. If you can ignore the ridiculous headpiece, it's fine.

Word of caution: Above, Pamela Anderson looks like she's 70 years old, wearing a crazy-looking animal print hat from the 1930's. Just avoid.

Zoe Kravitz, probably the only dress that's fit for reality in the list. The gold and brown work, but the fact is I can't see the entire dress in this shot. Still, quite elegant.

Miuccia Prada, what is with wearing grandma's outfit? No, no, and hell no.

Fire hazard of the year award goes to Cate Blanchett. If you stripped that useless fuzzy away from the dress we might have something to work with.

As a gen-X'er I have no idea who Tyla is. But this outfit is not bad - except it shows a bit much. You cannot seriously wear this out to a dinner. It's perfect for a strip club.

India Bradley is wearing a nice petite dress, mostly sheer - it's simple, pretty, and neat.

Addison Rae is seen wearing this tightly-fitted dress. It's fine - what's distracting is her nails. I have no idea why. 

Greta Lee is an actress, from where, I have no idea. But this dress is a classic win. Is it a best dress? No.

Clairo, seen wearing this unusual outfit. I like that the dress looks like a butterfly from the front. The shoes? Hard pass.

Pope Leo XIV is NOT the best-dressed and this look is out dated from the era it started in. The purple is a color usually reserved for kings and queens. The gold patterns are nice, but honestly people, you can't be serious.

The final dress is nice. Classic pink, no unusual patterns and fits her well.

Oh hell, why not add another Patriot girl? They work hard, deserve the attention, and are all wonderful.

Abby from the Dallas Cowboys, who recently made the extremely coveted Sideline Sweetheart title. Congratulations on an amazing achievement! (that was a joke). She's really sweet.

Super model and gymnast pro Olivia Dunne wowed fans on instagram with her red hot black and white photos. 

Clearly a woman of distinction, beauty, and intelligence. I've always adored Olivia Dunne. 

It would have been nice to see a color edition of the photos. I just know she's wearing red somewhere...

The ex-LSU gymnast is very busy with a super-active modelling schedule. 

Love the glasses and black bra. The belt chain belonged in the garbage bin back in the early 80's. I never understood why you would to chain a wallet to your jeans. But anyway, still a nice look.

Protected in Bankruptcy: Brands that died in 2025

When in business, go as the Romans do: When the going gets too tough, they file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection in the United States of America. Forever 21 was once that vibrant, young brand. Young women and girls were excited to shop here, always having that latest shirt or pair of shoes, jeans, etc. 

But come 2025, it all came to a screeching halt. Authentic Brands Group, the owner of Forever 21, decided to file Chapter 11 for Forever 21. It regrouped, and has new partners. Time will tell if this fashion brand will succeed.

Part of me says "If this brand is stupid enough to call itself Ssense, it deserves to fail.". But yet, there were people working at these jobs. Shouldn't they be allowed to work?
No more.

The online retailer folded quickly as Canada got hit with a 35% trade tariff. Even the CEO Rami Atallah blamed President Donald Trump for the failure. Wow, he's not going to like that news.

Billabong and Quicksilver both filed Chapter 11 this year. They shutdown operations in  May 2025. There was massive supply-chain disruptions, and declining profits.

Sneakersnstuff. A name your mom would likely call it. They failed in January, and co-founder Peter Jansson posted (in a deleted instagram post) the company was going out of business. They were purchased by a German investment company Reziprok Ventures in February 2025.

More shockingly, U.S. bankruptcies rose 13.1 percent in the year over 2024. That's astonishing.

I have a feeling 2026 is going to be an even tougher year for fashion and sales of clothes. Buckle up!

Celebrity and super model Kendall Jenner has some interesting photos of her riding an electric bicycle through a park.

In the next photo, she can be seen in the selfie from the gym, featuring an interesting range of exercise machines. She is wearing the skin tight pants and top.

I noticed she wasn't wearing a helmet. Hopefully she will on her next ride.

I could only imagine the super model's extremely hectic schedule. How she fits in time for leisure is beyond me.
